Sign the EIP-712 authorization (no gas!)

Download and share the IOU file with recipient

Recipient uploads the file and claims USDC on-chain

🔐 Authorization Types

Transfer Authorization: Anyone with the file can execute the transfer for you.

Receive Authorization: Only the specified recipient can claim.

⚡ Important Notes

• IOUs expire after your chosen period.

• Only the claimer pays gas.

• Once claimed, an IOU cannot be reused.
